You may have to make adjustments for our altitude.  At our elevation, increase processing time 10 minutes for pints and/or quarts.  Or apply this rule of thumb:  Add one minute processing time for every thousand feet of elevation if processing time is 20 minutes or less.  Add two minutes if more than 20 minutes.
